Breaking ground at AIM Stevenage

We are delighted to be working alongside Magrock on AIM Stevenage – a new high-spec warehouse for client Wrenbridge.

Providing 119,435 sq ft of industrial space, the unit boasts a double-height atrium and reception space, EV charging, green roof cycle shelters and outdoor amenity areas, while targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding ratings.

The team has made significant progress following the recent groundbreaking ceremony, which was a great chance to celebrate a key project milestone with the wider project team.

KAM is providing employer’s agent and cost management services for this project, and we look forward to seeing the commencement of the steel frame over the coming weeks.
