Nurturing future talent at KAM

At KAM, we fully support welcoming the next generation of project and cost managers, and it’s always rewarding to see them thrive during their time with us.

Niran Tumber is a perfect example of this, as she completes her three-week work experience in our Nottingham office.

During her placement, Niran was guided through the project lifecycle from planning to completion, and was given hands-on experience at a live site. She also spent time with other departments such as marketing to get a better understanding of the various roles at KAM.

“This experience has really helped me to develop my transferable skills such as communication and team-working. It was great to have the opportunity to attend a site visit at Bolsover where I got the chance to physically see the key components of a warehouse. Thank you so much to the Nottingham team for being such a welcoming and friendly team.”
