Practical completion at Adanac Park – Phase 3

We are pleased to announce that Adanac Park – Phase 3, Southampton, has reached completion!

The innovative 107,700 sq ft building incorporates a two-storey atrium seamlessly connecting a technical facility and a two-storey office building, along with large areas of landscaping and an amphitheatre seating area.

The KAM team provided cost management, project management and employer’s agent services for our client, Adanac Business Park, on the delivery of this project.
