Practical completion at AIM Stevenage

We are pleased to announce that the new 119,790 sq ft of outstanding industrial warehouse in now complete.

The unit offers a secured yard and site, 10 dock levellers, two level access doors, a double-height atrium, and a 1.25MVA power supply.

As a testament to its sustainable design, the scheme delivers BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A+’ with solar PV panels to reduce energy and operational costs.
