Unit 26 at Access 18 Avonmouth has reached practical completion

it's been great watching the project develop from planning approvals right through to completion.

We are delighted to have acted as cost manager, project manager, and employer’s agent for Indurent on the delivery of the 215,300 sq ft high-spec unit. The building features a 15m clear internal height, four level access doors, 20 dock doors, and a 1.15 MVA of power supply.

Sustainability has been a key focus, with the project incorporating enhancements to provide long-term efficiency to its occupiers such as 2,300 sq m of PV Panels, 15% roof lights to reduce operational costs, and operationally net zero carbon offices. This lead to the unit achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ ratings.
