Panattoni Park Coventry

We’re pleased to be working alongside Panattoni UK on their new 538,000 sq ft unit at Panattoni Park Coventry.

The development is targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A/A+’ ratings and will achieve net zero carbon construction on completion.

Building works are due to commence in March, with KAM providing cost management, project management, and employer’s agent services.
