Works are progressing well in Rochdale

The steel frame is well underway at Wilson Bowden Developments' Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing Centre.

The state-of-the-art facility will support the next phase of sustainable materials, industrial research, and advanced manufacturing, and will feature laboratory and metrology spaces, a lecture theatre, café, office space, and flexible design and development areas.

KAM are providing cost management and employer’s agent services on the development which is due to reach completion in September 2026.
