Practical Completion at Panattoni Swindon

Unit 4 is now complete, with Unit 1 following soon after.

Unit 4 at Panattoni Park Swindon has reached practical completion, with Unit 1 following in May soon after.

Delivering 545,400 sq ft of cross-docked space, Unit 4 is built to net-zero carbon standards and designed to deliver outstanding ESG performance. The unit includes BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, EPC ‘A/A+’ ratings, roof-mounted PV panels, and sustainably sourced timber.
