The KAM team were proud to be part of the groundbreaking ceremony in Kerpen on the site of two high-spec class-A logistics units for Trammell Crow Company (TCC).
It was a great opportunity to celebrate the milestone alongside project partners, stakeholders, and the wider project team over networking and delicious burgers, curtesy of the event’s food truck.
Located in the heart of the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region — Europe’s second-largest economic area and one of the world’s key logistics hubs — the site on Hüttenstraße sits within a well-established industrial and business cluster, home to both global brands and innovative SMEs.
The development will deliver a total of 28,000 m² including 23,200 m² of warehouse and production space, 3,000 m² of mezzanine, and 2,000 m² of office space.
KAM GmbH is supporting Trammell Crow Company with project management and cost management services, with completion expected in Q1 2026.
