Construction has begun at Panattoni Park Braintree

We are pleased to announce that the first speculative unit at Panattoni Park Braintree is now under construction.

The 168,000 sq ft unit is part of Panattoni UK’s larger 576,619 sq ft development which will see the construction of four warehouse units targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings.

Building works on the remaining three units are set to begin construction in Q4 2025. KAM are providing project management, cost management, and employer’s agent services on this scheme.
