In September, KAM director Piers Ridout was the first to take on a brand new 210m-high zip wire for charity.
He endured 21 storeys to reach the top of the zip wire at Littlebrook Power Station’s chimney before courageously leaping off and landing safely next to the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge.
The final fundraising figure for his jump is now in and the whole team have managed to collectively raise a massive £13,825.75! All the proceeds will go towards The Firefighters Charity – a charity which supports the lives of the firefighting community.
A massive thank you to everyone who made this fundraiser possible and we wish The Fire Fighters Charity the best of luck for the future with their incredibly valued service.
