Some great progress has been made at Scotia Road, Stoke.
The site, set across 9.4 acres, will see the construction of 10 industrial units totalling 160,000 sq ft. The project involves the demolition of an unoccupied office building as well as the conversion of an old single-use unit into smaller multi-let units.
