Completion confirmed at Magnitude 88
We are delighted to confirm practical completion at Magnitude 88 in Milton Keynes.
The 88,000 sq ft highly specified industrial unit forms part of the award winning Magna Park Milton Keynes development and is aiming to become one of the first buildings in England to be verified as Net Zero carbon for construction in line with the UKGBC Net Zero Carbon Buildings Framework Definition.
KAM have been providing cost manager and employer’s agent services on the project for client, GLP Europe.
