Major Development at Swindon hits a key milestone
KAM are delighted to announce completion of the 12,500 ton steel frame and associated concrete floors at Panattoni Swindon 2.3.
The four storey logistics centre totals over 2.3m sq ft and is the biggest single asset logistics letting and funding deal ever negotiated in the UK.
With both the cladding and roofing very near completion and building services installation continuing apace, practical completion of the BREEAM Excellent rated facility is on track for Q4 2021.
