Demolition works at Merton Drive
KAM are delighted to be supporting Trammell Crow Company (TCC) on the delivery of their first European project in Milton Keynes.
Demolition works at Merton Drive are now underway in preparation for the construction of three industrial units later this spring. The Grade A units will range in size between 46,000 and 221,000 sq ft and have been carefully designed to meet BREEAM Excellent criteria.
KAM are providing employer’s agent and cost management services with additional project management support. We look forward to working alongside a great team to successfully deliver this major milestone for TCC.
