Everything is coming together at Thorn Road, Houghton Regis, where the construction of six Grade A units is nearing completion for clients, Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge.
The six units will be split across four buildings and have been designed to incorporate a number of sustainability and environmental features in line with a BREEAM Excellent and EPC ‘A’ rating.
KAM are providing cost management and employer’s agent services, working alongside a great project team icluding; Parkway Construction MK Limited, CMP Architects Ltd, Sweco, MBA Consulting Engineers Ltd, Eight Associates, Face Consultants Ltd, Lampos Ltd and Scott White and Hookins.
