Great things are happening Panattoni Park Aylesford
Take a look at the great progress happening at Panattoni Park Aylesford!
Units 6 and 7 recently reached completion, providing nearly 120,000 sq ft of industrial space. Both units have achieved a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
The rest of the site is coming along nicely, with another 146,000 sq ft unit and multi-story car park set to be completed this May.
Iain Hendry, KAM Director commented: ‘We are thrilled that a further two units have been handed over to tenants making a total of four occupiers to date. We look forward to another two occupiers moving in in the coming year.’
