KAM Attend Topping Out Ceremony
This week we celebrated the final piece of steel going up at a topping out ceremony for our current project – Unit 3 G Park Biggleswade.
The 152,000 sq. ft. unit is a built-to-suit distribution/warehouse unit for end user Kramp, built for developer Gazeley.
KAM is acting as employer’s agent and quantity surveyor on the project, working alongside VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd, Lysander Construction Consultants and KTA - Kelly Taylor and Associates.
Representatives from KAM - Lee Hagger and Cannis Lam - attended the event, signing their name on the steel alongside
Gazeley, Kramp, VolkerFitzpatrick, Lysander and other designer consultants.
The project commenced back in July this year and practical completion is in December.
