KAM partners with British Land on pioneering multi level development

We’re thrilled to be supporting our client British Land on their first multi-level development, Mandela Way.

Located in London, this project will be transforming a former car compound into a 140,000 sq ft four-storey warehouse.

Construction has already begun on the site, with initial focus on piling and substructure works to commence in the coming months.

It is great to be providing cost management services on this development, and we look forward to the completion of this project!
