Key Section at Peach Place Reaches Completion
KAM is pleased to announce that one of the key sections of the Peach Place scheme in Wokingham has now reached completion.
The section consisted of 17 residential apartments and 8 shell and core shop units.
The apartments are due for occupation in the New Year and all shop units are currently occupied and trading. A fantastic achievement for all those involved.
Works continue on the remainder of the scheme, which is due to reach full completion early next year.
KAM has provided employer’s agent and project management services for this project.
