MPC2 at Magna Park Corby has reached completion

We are delighted that MPC2 at Magna Park Corby has reached completion for client GLP.

KAM provided cost management and employer’s agent services on this project which set out to deliver a unique space that was carefully designed for state-of-the-art home manufacturer Top Hat.

The 660,000 sq ft unit was built to incorporate tenant enhancements including an 18m haunch cross-dock warehouse, two-storey ancillary offices, and associated external works.

With a strong focus on social initiatives and giving back to the community, Magna Park Corby is a site which we look forward to helping expand over the coming years.
