KAM are excited to be supporting GLP Gazeley in their speculative development of the UK's first three-storey logistics facility.  The warehouse will comprise over 426,000sqft of space over three levels allowing for multiple or single customer occupancy.  The building will be targeted at 'last mile' distribution, focussing on increasing delivery volumes in shorter time periods.

KAM, acting as Commercial Manager & Employer’s Agent, have supported Gazeley's appraisal & site purchase, and will continue to provide planning, procurement & construction services over the next 24 months.
