We are delighted to announce the practical completion of Phase 4 at St Modwen Park, Lincoln.
Unit 16 reached completion on Friday, bringing the latest phase of the development to a close. The unit provides more than 110,000 sq ft of floor space and is on target to receive a BREEAM Excellent certification.
KAM were pleased to have provided cost management, project management and employer’s agent services to client St. Modwen Logistics on this project.
