Practical completion at Fenny Lock
KAM are delighted to announce completion of two industrial units at Baytree Fenny Lock in Milton Keynes.
The 180,000 sq ft highly sustainable logistics development has been designed to incorporate a number of innovative features created to benefit the health and wellbeing of the building’s users.
KAM provided employer’s agent and cost management services for client, Baytree Logistics, working alongside a great project team including: Glencar Construction, Savills, Chetwoods, Burrows Graham, Aspect Landscape Planning Ltd, KTA - Kelly Taylor and Associates and David Lock Associates.
