Practical Completion at G-Park Milton Keynes
We are delighted to announce that practical completion has been reached for Unit 1 at G-Park Milton Keynes.
The 117,000 sq ft industrial unit has been built to a BREEAM Excellent rating and has achieved an EPC A rating specification.
Unit 2 is due to reach completion in the next few weeks and will offer an additional 140,000 sq ft of industrial space.
KAM have been providing cost management and employer’s agent services for client, GLP, working alongside a great project team including Lysander, Hydrock, KTA - Kelly Taylor and Associates, CDM Contract Services, Chetwoods, epd landscape, Planet Mark, CPW, and Circular Ecology.
