Practical Completion at G-Park, Wixams
KAM are delighted to announce that practical completion has successfully been achieved on all three units at G-Park Bedford, Wixams.
The three industrial units, ranging between 126,000 and 250,000 sq ft, were designed to a BREEAM Excellent rating and are WELL ready, achieving 22% less embodied carbon than the industry standard and 25% less operational carbon in day-to-day operations.
KAM provided cost management and employers agent services on the development for client, GLP.
