Progress at Magna Park Lutterworth South
We are delighted to announce that the construction of a new phase at, GLP Magna Park Lutterworth South has commenced on site.
This new addition to the development will comprise four industrial units, namely MPS5-8, totalling 1 million sq ft. All units, which are due for completion in 4Q 2022, have been designed to a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating specification.
KAM have been providing cost management and employer’s agent services for client, GLP.
Working alongside a great project team including: Rame Consulting Limited, Hydrock KTA – Kelly Taylor and Associates, Stephen George + Partners LLP, Burrows Graham, Grant Associates, CPW, Chetwoods, Circular Ecology, Planet Mark and Savills.
