Progress at Project Thorn Turn
Works at Project Thorn Turn, Houghton Regis, are progressing at pace for clients, Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge.
The Bedfordshire-based development will see the construction of four buildings split into six units with a total internal area of 95,908 sq ft.
The team are working towards achieving sustainability accreditations including EPCA and a BREEAM Excellent rating ahead of completion this August.
KAM are providing cost management and employer’s agent services on the project, working alongside a great team.
