The steelworks have commenced on Unit B at Panattoni Park, Crawley, where KAM are busy providing cost management and employer’s agent services to longstanding client Panattoni UK.
The scheme will comprise two units (65,660 sq ft and 134,000 sq ft) that are both targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings, incorporating features such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and EV charging points.
