Successful Handover of Wakefield515
We are pleased to announce that Wakefield515 in Knottingley has been handed over to a large internet retailer.
The 515,000 sq ft industrial unit and associated offices, gatehouse, service yards and car parks were completed on time, to budget and finished to a very high quality by Caddick Construction Ltd.
Iain Hendry, KAM Account Lead, commented: ‘The facility looks fantastic and the quality of finish, ease of practical completion and handover were excellent. This is another unit successfully delivered in our ongoing relationship with the UK’s largest speculative warehouse developer, Panattoni UK.
KAM provided employer’s agent and cost management services, working alongside KPP Architects and JPG Group on the delivery of this project.
