The ‘Net Zero Carbon in Operation’ buildings total over 96,000 sq ft and feature 100% LED lighting, active and passive EV chargers, and PV panels on the roof, providing 318,000 KWH of renewable energy per annum – all helping the site achieve its BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A+’ targets.
