Topping-out at Access 18 Avonmouth

It was a great day at Access 18 Avonmouth as the team joined Indurent and Barnwood Limited in celebration of the topping-out ceremony for Unit 26.

The curtain walling has now been installed, the external rhine works are nearing completion, roof works are well underway, and BREEAM tracking is continuing positively in preparation for practical completion in December 2025.

As a testament to the project’s commitment to sustainability, nature cameras installed by Barnwood captured a glimpse of water voles in the reen system on the site boundary; this highlights the ongoing efforts to protect and support the local wildlife.
