Unit 2 at G-Park MK is ready for occupation

The 140,000 sq ft unit was the final unit in the development, bringing the project to completion.

Both units on the project have achieved a BREEAM excellent rating and an EPC A rating specification.

KAM have been providing cost management and employer’s agent services for client, GLP UK, working alongside a great project team including Lysander, Hydrock, KTA - Kelly Taylor and Associates, CDM Contract Services, Chetwoods, epd landscape, Planet Mark, CPW, and Circular Ecology.
