Unit 5 at The Cofton Centre wins ESG award
Please join us in congratulating St. Modwen Logistics on their recent win at the Midlands PROPS Awards.
KAM client St Modwen Logistics were presented with the ESG award for Unit 5 at The Cofton Centre. A development which reached completion in December, achieving a BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ certification.
We are delighted to have been able to support St Modwen’s on this project by providing cost management, project management, and employer’s agent services.
