KAM are thrilled to be working with Top Road Group and Buccleuch Property on the construction of 14 units in Old Tiffield Road, Towcester, where the team are providing cost management services.
The development will provide circa 88,000 sq ft of energy efficient industrial space and is due to complete in early 2026.
