Work starts on Phase 1 at Axis J9, Bicester
Last week marked the start of Phase 1 at the Axis J9 development in Bicester for our client Albion Land Limited.
KAM are providing project management, cost management and employer’s agent services on this exciting development, with Parkway Construction MK Limited carrying out the works as principal contractor.
The project involves over 232,000 sq ft of B2/B8 industrial space, with 5 large units ranging from 23,320 sq ft – 64,200 sq ft and 7 smaller units ranging from 3,380 sq ft – 6,082 sq ft all making up the Phase 1 site.
Phase 1 also includes sitewide earthworks, preparation of the Phase 2 site and highway works to form a new entrance off Middleton Stoney Road.
