Works are progressing nicely at ‘Swift’, Waltham Cross.
The development will see the construction of four industrial units totalling more than 121,183 sq ft, all of which are expected to achieve an EPC A+ rating upon completion.
With enabling works, demolition, and site clearance all complete, we are beginning to see the site and Unit 1 take shape.
