Works Begin on Site at Plot L Derby
We are pleased to announce that works have started on site at Plot L Derby, where KAM are providing employer’s agent and cost management services for our client, Panattoni.
The 515,000 sq ft industrial unit has the flexibility to also be let as two individual units with separate entrances, offices, car parks, HGV parking and utility services. The project is due to be completed November 2021.
Iain Hendry, KAM Account Lead, commented: "This is the second unit at the Derby development and one of three commencing in the UK over the coming few weeks as part of our ongoing relationship with the UK’s largest speculative warehouse developer."
KAM are working alongside Stephen George & Partners, BWB Consulting and Winvic on the delivery of this project.
