Works commencing at Littlebrook, Dartford
KAM are delighted to announce that works on plots 3, 4a and 4b are due to commence on site at Littlebrook, Dartford.
The three units, totalling 385,000 sq ft, make up the final phase of the development, with 3m sq ft having already been delivered and tenanted to international retailers Amazon and IKEA.
KAM have been working on the Littlebrook development since it was acquired by client Bericote Properties Ltd and Tritax Group in 2017, providing cost management and employer’s agent services with additional project management support.
We look forward to continuing work alongside a great team as the final stage of the project comes together.
