Works have started on site for Bridge Industrial
KAM are thrilled to be supporting new client Bridge Industrial on their latest projects across North West London.
With demolition complete at both Bridge Point Southall and Bridge Point Uxbridge, groundworks are now underway to prepare each of the sites for the construction of Grade A industrial facilities that will be speculatively built to serve the last-mile logistics sector.
The team are providing cost management and employer’s agent services on the two projects, working alongside a fantastic project team: UMC Architects, AJA Architects LLP, Burrows Graham, MBA Consulting Engineers Ltd, Scott White and Hookins, Stonewells.
