Works progress at Panattoni Park Aylesford
Construction works are advancing at Panattoni Park Aylesford with the infrastructure due to reach completion later this year.
KAM are providing cost management and employer’s agent services for client, Panattoni UK, who are developing over 1+ million sq ft in Aylesford, Kent.
Iain Hendry, KAM Account Lead commented: “We are very pleased that the majority of the units have been pre-let to blue-chip tenants. It is great to see this significant development progressing on-site with a number of the BREEAM Excellent units being completed in the summer.”
KAM are working alongside Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd, Stephen George and Partners LLP and BWB Consulting Ltd on the delivery of the development.
