Lucy joined our team of directors in 2023 after being with the business since 2015 and leads the team in our Leicester office.
Responsible for leading a number of high-profile projects, Lucy carries out project management, contract administration, and employer’s agent roles throughout the full life cycle of a project and has extensive pre and post contract experience.
During her career Lucy has been involved in the construction of build to suit and speculative shell industrial and logistics build projects, customer fit outs in new and existing buildings, major remediation and infrastructure schemes, and has managed the integration of large, complex automation fit out schemes.
She is a key member of the KAM team who integrates well within project teams and strongly believes in the importance of establishing working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
