Mat joined KAM in 2017 as a senior cost manager before being promoted to an associate in 2019, senior associate in 2021 and director in 2024. Mat leads the KAM team in our Nottingham office.
Mat has an extensive range of experience from working across a variety of client accounts, undertaking both employer’s agent and cost management roles. He believes long term relationships with clients and team members are extremely important, so works to ensure the project delivery not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
His thirteen years of experience spans across major infrastructure projects, the full spectrum of industrial developments, and build to suit facilities with customer fit outs.
He has also been a member of the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2018 and helps lead KAM’s structured APC training programme. Mat mentors a team of highly skilled cost managers, setting the bar high and instilling the KAM culture and values throughout the business.
