Phil has nearly 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and joined KAM in 2018. Phil has a broad knowledge of construction and has significant experience in the industrial, residential, retail, education, and manufacturing sectors.
A chartered member of the RICS since 2009, Phil plays a lead role in cost management, contract administration, and employer’s agent roles in the business. He also leads the benchmarking and data capture functions for KAM.
