Steve joined KAM Project Consultants Ltd at its start and, with over 20 years’ experience in the Construction Management environment, brings a broad market experience predominantly in the manufacturing, distribution, commercial and infrastructure sectors. He is a key member of our Industrial team and has been instrumental in the delivery of 2.7m sq. ft of distribution facilities.
Steve is a member of the RICS and for the last 22 years has been heavily involved in disciplines such as Cost Management, Contract Administration, and Employers Agent. One of his key strengths is his ability to understand quickly project cost drivers and key design criteria. Steve’s areas of expertise are in feasibility studies, value engineering, sustainability, commercial management & procurement and supply chain knowledge.
Steve is passionate about sustainability and delivering successful projects to its customers.
