Scott is the managing director of KAM’s UK business and has been with KAM since its inception in 2013. As a project manager who has spent the last 18 years working solely in the industrial sector, Scott has been an integral part in the successful growth of KAM. A significant strength of Scott’s is the successful delivery of large complex fit-outs including automation and temperature controlled projects, undertaken while the building remains fully operational. Outside work, Scott is a car enthusiast at heart, a long-suffering Reading fan, enjoys getting out for walks with the dog, unwinding with a bit of yoga, and spending time with his family.

David is the lead director for our Cambridge office and the managing director of KAM GmbH. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, he has acquired a broad range of experience from managing and delivering many complex projects in the UK and Europe. His committed and structured approach allows him to integrate well within project teams and ensures that the project delivery meets and exceeds clients’ expectations. Strong attention to detail allows David to deliver projects to the highest standard in a timely and cost-efficient manner. He lives in Cambridge with his wife and two children, and when he isn’t working or with family, he can normally be found on the golf course or walking his dog Fudge to the local pub.

Lucy leads KAM’s Leicester office and project management service line. She became a director in 2023, having progressed through the business since joining in 2015. She delivers high-profile projects across the industrial and logistics sectors, with expertise in project management, contract administration and employer’s agent roles. Her experience includes build-to-suit and speculative developments, complex automation fit-outs, and major infrastructure schemes throughout the pre- and post-contract stages. Known for her collaborative approach, Lucy builds strong relationships with clients and teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Outside work, Lucy’s focus is on her two children, with most of her evenings and weekends spent on the sidelines supporting her daughter – either training or playing football. When not at football, Lucy loves long walks with the family, going to the gym and family movie nights.

Mark is a director of KAM and leads our Manchester office. He brings 30 years of experience in cost and project management, servicing a range of market sectors across the UK, Europe and Middle East. Mark is also responsible for KAM’s business development and marketing. His depth of experience in successfully leading projects across the property sector and specialist sectors in both UK and Middle East has been underpinned by striving to deliver excellence for clients, to understand their aspirations and to help them achieve solutions to their challenges. Mark was an avid footballer before finding a love for golf. When not perfecting his par, he loves to spend spare time with family, and enjoys a renewed love of the outdoors with the family campervan.

Phil brings over 25 years of construction industry experience and has been a key member of KAM since 2018. With a varied sector background, he plays a lead role in cost management, contract administration and employer’s agent services, as well as leading KAM’s benchmarking and data capture functions. Phil is committed to accurately delivering the client’s requirements through all stages of the project lifecycle. He is a reliable and structured professional who prides himself on building strong working relationships with his clients and project teams. When he’s not spending time with his wife and three kids, Phil enjoys unwinding by watching Spurs attempt a win, and hitting the golf course for a round.

Mat has worked as a cost manager for over 20 years. Since joining KAM, he has climbed the ranks from senior cost manager to director, and now leads the Nottingham office. Having worked across a range of sectors for both consultants and contractors, Mat has built up a wealth of knowledge which he is now passing on to a team of highly-skilled cost managers. He is setting the bar high throughout the business, making sure project delivery not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Mat lives in South Derbyshire with his wife and two sons. Outside work, he lives and breathes football, not only watching and playing, but also coaching his eldest son’s team.

Miles is a director and leads the cost management service line at KAM. He is instrumental in providing fast and accurate cost information as well as informed procurement advice. With more than 30 years' experience in the industry, Miles has worked on a significant number of distribution projects, with experience in the manufacturing, food and aviation sectors. His in-depth expertise comes from working with both developers and occupiers. Outside work, you can often find Miles on the golf course perfecting his shot before heading down to the local pub, or unwinding in front of the TV with his wife and three-legged cat, T3L.

Iain brings over 35 years of construction and project management experience in both building and civil engineering, having worked in a wide range of sectors. Since joining KAM, he has successfully led many client accounts – specialising in logistics and research laboratories – and has proudly delivered the largest logistics building in the UK. With experience as both a consultant and contractor, Iain understands the construction process and the interdependencies that enable successful projects. When not working, Iain enjoys ‘The Good Life’, tending to his ducks and veg plot. He also likes Sunday walks across to the neighbouring village which has an excellent pub. 

Mark is a director at KAM, and since joining in 2015, has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, bringing with him over 30 years of industry experience. With an extensive and diverse career at leading consultancies, Mark brings exceptional foresight and expertise to the planning, management and delivery of projects. His strong communication skills and deep understanding of key project drivers enable him to ensure these are embedded throughout the project lifecycle, helping to deliver successful outcomes at every stage. Mark is an Arsenal fan with a passion for cars and DIY. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family, in particular his two young grandchildren who keep him on his toes.

With close to 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tobias is our director and country lead for KAM in Germany, having developed deep expertise in delivering large-scale and technically complex industrial, logistics and automotive projects. His career spans both consultancy and client-side roles, enabling him to approach every project with a well-rounded understanding of stakeholder expectations, programme drivers and delivery risks. Fluent in both German and English, Tobias has successfully led multidisciplinary project teams across mainland Europe and the UK, providing project, programme and cost management services. His dynamic leadership style and hands-on approach ensure that each project is set up for success from the outset. He quickly adapts to changing requirements and maintains consistent oversight to deliver results that meet client objectives. When not playing golf with his son, Tobias enjoys exploring Italian culture, history and cuisine with his wife.

Amy has been with KAM since its formation in 2013, and brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She has built a strong reputation for her expertise across the industrial, commercial and education sectors, with a particular focus on large-scale developments, temperature controlled environments and complex integrations of advanced automation systems. Amy is a proud mum to a lively three-year-old son and a fluffy cat named Mouse. She leads an active lifestyle with regular running and gym sessions, and loves a good adventure. Her favourite way to unwind is spending time with her family by the sea along the Norfolk coast.

Starting his career at KAM as a graduate, Nick has grown with the business to become an integral part of the leadership team. Nick is well regarded among industry peers, and prides himself on building and maintaining relationships. When Nick isn’t working, you’ll find him doing DIY around the house (or at Screwfix stocking up on supplies). Nick has a wife and one young daughter, who is well on her way to becoming his trainee tradesperson.
