We are delighted to announce that Baytree Dunstable, a project which KAM worked on as cost managers and employer’s agent, has won Building Project of the Year at the BusinessGreen Leaders Awards 2019.
KAM were lucky enough to attend the awards in London last week, with BusinessGreen claiming ‘the judges were won over by a project that has been described as 'the world's most sustainable warehouse', boasting everything from solar panels and ultra-high energy efficiency credentials to an orchard and green gym equipment.’
‘Built to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A-rating standards, the project has brought cutting edge green design and innovation to a sector where sustainability considerations are still too easily ignored.’
