BusinessGreen Leaders Awards
We are pleased to announce that a project we recently worked on, Baytree Dunstable, has been shortlisted for Building Project of the Year for this year’s BusinessGreen Leaders Awards.
Developed for European developer Baytree Logistics Properties, KAM worked on the project with Readie Construction Ltd, Savills Chetwood Architects, HYDROCK CONSULTANTS LIMITED, Kelly Taylor and Associates and David Lock Associates Ltd to deliver the project.
We are incredibly proud to have worked on this project as cost managers and employer’s agent and it’s a testament to the hard work of everyone involved that the project has been recognised as an outstanding sustainable build. Congratulations to everyone involved.
