We are delighted to announce that the final phase of wider site infrastructure and earthworks with The Mick George Group has been completed on site at GLP’s flagship UK development - Magna Park Lutterworth South.
The completion of these works unlocks the site for the construction of 3no. new speculative warehouse units (MPS9-11) totaling 645,000 sq ft. Undertaken by appointed contractor TSL Ltd, the works started on site in July 2023 with completion targeted for Q1 2024.
KAM are providing cost management and employer’s agent services for client GLP UK on these projects.
