Earthworks are underway at Panattoni Park, Burgess Hill.
Upon completion the development will provide 14 speculatively built units, ranging in size from 8,136 to 141,460 sq ft. All units are on track to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification and will be available to tenants from Q1 2024.
KAM are providing project management, cost management, and employer's agent services to client Panattoni UK on this project.
